To celebrate my birthday and Salt N Caramel 7th year in business, we are making our delicious fudgey brownie cakes for $45.

Made with Belgian couverture chocolate, topped with dark chocolate ganache, and mixed confectionary chocolate, this is truely a decadent dessert for any celebration.

The rules:

• Size small only (dessert size - feeds 8-10 people, coffee size 15-20 people)

• Square shape only

• Dark chocolate flavour only (extra charge for other flavours)

• Confectionary toppings will vary (no cake will look the same)

• Price is for pick up only

• Extra charge for local delivery

What can you customise?

The fondant plaque can be whatever shape and colour I have in my library.

Sometimes the confectionary chocolates may contain nuts, please let me know if you need it without.
